Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actor who became popular for her performance of strong and vulnerable characters. Linney comes from a theatrical background, since her father is the playwright Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree from Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City. The actress began performing in Broadway as soon as she arrived, and was later awarded the acclaim she received for her performances in Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
